This conference is designed as a high-engagement arena on research and innovation in social mentoring. It welcomes contributions from practitioners and academics. We invite a broad range of proposals covering diverse topics. We especially encourage you to bring your own ideas for how sessions can be designed and facilitated.

Call for Contributions

This conference is designed as a high-engagement arena on research and innovation in social mentoring. It welcomes contributions from practitioners and academics. Submission Form

Please submit your ideas for contributions by March 31, 2026, drawing on:

  • empirical or theoretical research,
  • innovative program designs,
  • advocacy and strategic developments, or
  • cross-sector collaborations and participatory approaches.

Each submission will be reviewed by at least two members of the program committee.

 

Thematic Impulse Panel
You provide an input (10 min.), followed by a guided discussion. All contributors are expected to participate in a preparatory online meeting. 1.5-hour session; 3–4 contributors; 1 chair

Spotlight Sessions
You present a pitch (7 min.) highlighting key insights from your research and/or innovation project. 1-hour session; 4–5 pitches; 1 chair

Poster Exhibition with Knowledge Walks
You showcase and present (5 min.) key aspects of your work during a guided knowledge walk Exhibition on both days; 1-hour guided tour; 3–4 stops per group; 1 guide

Workshops
You facilitate an interactive session focused on skill building, problem-solving, or co-creation. 60 min.; 1-2 projects per workshop

Project Marketplace
You set up a stand to showcase your project or initiative and interact with participants.Friday afternoon; 1.5 hours; 10–15 exhibitors

Self-defined Format
You propose an original topic and format, which may be co-creative, performative, participatory, or experimental. Up to 60 min.; facilitation to be defined by the proposer
