Corporate Purpose
The establishment and operation of a private university in St. Pölten, in particular the implementation of study programmes and courses in accordance with the objectives and guiding principles of the Private Universities Act (PUG), Federal Law Gazette I No. 74/2011.
Research activities in the fields of the university’s study programmes and courses. Promotion and implementation of measures to support research, teaching, education and training in the academic areas established at the private university. Execution of all activities necessary and appropriate for the establishment and operation of a private university and its associated research and teaching activities, including national and international cooperation. Rental activities, in particular the provision of resources (e.g. premises and workforce), consulting services and services for related institutions, as well as the implementation of events and cooperation projects, publications and their exploitation, and other related activities, all within the limits of §§ 34 ff BAO.
The company is entitled to undertake all actions which appear conducive to achieving the company’s overall purpose.

The shareholders of Bertha von Suttner Privatuniversität St. Pölten GmbH are:

50 % Hochschulen St. Pölten Holding GmbH
30 % Thaleia GmbH
20 % HZLB GmbH
