Dr. Eberhard Raithelhuber
Dr. Eberhard Raithelhuber is Professor for Social Intervention and Transformation at Bertha von Suttner Private University in Austria. His work focuses on child and youth care, social support, disadvantaged groups, life-course transitions, mobilities, migration, social exclusion, and agency. Currently, he acts as Project Manager for the Erasmus+ partnership, 'Mentoring for Social Inclusion in Europe: Sharing Knowledge and Building Capacity' (Ment4EU, 2023–2026). Among other things, he is a member of the Research Committee of Mentoring Europe and an advisor to the national umbrella organization Mentoring Austria. He also co-leads an international summer school on participatory action research.
Dr. Marija Mitic
Dr. Marija Mitic is a senior scientist and assistant project manager within the ERASMUS+ project Mentoring for Social Inclusion in Europe: Sharing Knowledge and Building Capacity (Ment4EU). Her research and teaching focus on mentoring relationships and mentoring skills training. She is an interdisciplinary researcher and dance movement therapist working at the intersections of mental health, socio-cultural relationships, ecological and life transitions, critical theory, embodiment, and creativity. She has published on peer relationships, middle school transition, online interventions, participatory methods, and experiences of loss and trauma among migrant women.
