Participation Fee
The fee for full-paying participants is expected to be between €250 and €300. Early bird rates will be available. Sliding-scale rates will be offered depending on the sponsorship funds raised.
Participants in the Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Programme “Mentoring for Social Inclusion: Introductory Course,” which begins on Monday, November 9, will take part in the conference as part of the course. They will only be asked to contribute to the catering cost.
Venue
The conference is hosted by the Bertha von Suttner Private University in St. Pölten, Austria. The venue is 25 minutes from Vienna Westbahnhof, 40 minutes from Vienna Central and about one hour from Vienna International Airport.
The Campus St. Pölten offers modern, future-oriented facilities for study, research, and work, as well as spacious and comfortable venues for the conference. A virtual tour (in German) is available here. The Campus St. Pölten is fully accessible. Each floor is equipped with an accessible restroom. Travel information
Getting to the Campus St. Pölten from Vienna International Airport (VIE) by train:
From Vienna International, follow the signs to the airport railway station (sign “Bahnhof Flughafen Wien”). Take a Railjet Xpress (RJX) or Intercity (IC) train directly to St. Pölten Hauptbahnhof (travel time 60 minutes). Trains run at least once per hour. From St. Pölten Hauptbahnhof, the Bertha von Suttner Private University (street address: Campus-Platz 1) is a 10-minute walk.

Accommodation
A range of hotel rooms is available within walking distance of the Campus St. Pölten and the train station, with single rooms typically priced between €70 and €130 per night.
When registration opens, we will be happy to share a curated list of recommended accommodation options. For those who prefer to stay in Vienna, additional accommodations are available near the Wien Hütteldorf and Wien Westbahnhof train stations. Trains connect Vienna and St. Pölten every 15 minutes, with a travel time of 25 minutes.
